Kicking off Women’s Health Awareness Month - Week One Video
“October 18 is World Menopause Day, and the entire month is dedicated to Women's Health Awareness, including menopause and breast cancer. It's vital that we bring women's health to the forefront of conversation and Menopause is certainly having it's moment.
Did you know it wasn't until 1986 that the NIH encouraged researchers to include women in studies? Clearly, we have a lot of catching up to do.”

Supporting Women: The Menopause Awareness Series
As many of you are aware, one of my primary areas of expertise is on women approaching midlife and/or fully in it. With that, I help women understand menopause and all that can come with it, both physically and psychologically. I hold space and guide women through all of the strange, unexpected, and unexplained health symptoms and help them curate lifestyle changes and soul connections to not only embrace this period of time but truly use it as a great leap of personal growth.
