My one-to-one coaching is for individuals who want to understand the relationship between food, health, self and performance. Our bodies are literally made of the food we eat. However, to optimize our health, we must know which foods work for us and which ones work against us. We must also know what habits and mindsets stand in the way of eating well and prioritizing the necessary self care. When I work with clients, I spend a lot of time reading their health history and listening to their stories. I believe the client often knows the root of the issue and maybe doesn't realize it right away. By listening, observing, reflecting, and helping the client understand their body and habits, the proper path unfolds and an actionable plan is crafted.
