Wise Wellness events are created through the needs of my clients as a way to experience the change they want to create. I offer group programs, interactive masterclasses, in-person retreats, and customized experiences for organizations and private groups. At these events, we discuss timely health and wellness topics, and explore what’s possible for your health, energy, and well-being in a way that feels accessible, sustainable and supportive.

  • These retreats are designed for anyone craving a deeper connection — with themselves, with nature, and with a like-minded community.

  • Yes — you’ll absolutely have free time. Our schedule is thoughtfully designed to balance guided sessions with plenty of space to rest, reflect, or explore on your own

  • Our retreats blend movement, group workshops, nourishing meals, and restorative practices like sound baths and guided reflection. You’ll also enjoy free time to relax, explore, or visit the spa.   • All are welcome! You don’t need any specific fitness level or prior experience — every activity is designed to meet you where you are.

  • here will be opportunities to connect one-on-one during the retreat, but the heart of this experience is in the group sessions and shared journey. Follow up sessions can be scheduled and there is a VIP experience that takes the group further with many built in sessions available.

  • There is an opportunity to either share a room at a discounted price or if you prefer single room accommodations are available.

  • Pack comfortable clothes you can move in for workouts and group sessions, something casual-but-nice for dinners, and layers for the desert weather in February — it can be warm during the day and cooler at night. Don’t forget walking shoes for outdoor activities, a swimsuit if you’d like to enjoy the pool or spa, and anything else that helps you feel at ease.

Meals are designed to be as nourishing as they are delicious — think colorful, plant-forward plates with sustainable proteins, vibrant juices, and nutrient-dense options that fuel both body and spirit. The chefs create seasonal menus that highlight whole, anti-inflammatory ingredients, so you can expect fresh vegetables, grains, herbs, and global flavors that are both light and satisfying.

    You’ll find everything from energizing smoothies and wellness shots to elegant dinners that feel like a treat without weighing you down. Whether you eat plant-based, gluten-free, or simply want to enjoy clean, flavorful cuisine, the culinary team is experienced in creating meals that meet a wide range of dietary preferences.
