Wise Wellness events are created through the needs of my clients as a way to experience the change they want to create. I offer group programs, interactive masterclasses, in-person retreats, and customized experiences for organizations and private groups. At these events, we discuss timely health and wellness topics, and explore what’s possible for your health, energy, and well-being in a way that feels accessible, sustainable and supportive.
Whether you’re ready to reset your relationship with nutrition, gain clarity on wellness practices that support your lifestyle, or immerse yourself in a retreat experience, each program is thoughtfully crafted to guide you toward purposeful action through education, community and connection.

At CIVANA, food is part of the healing experience. Meals are designed to be as nourishing as they are delicious — think colorful, plant-forward plates with sustainable proteins, vibrant juices, and nutrient-dense options that fuel both body and spirit. The chefs create seasonal menus that highlight whole, anti-inflammatory ingredients, so you can expect fresh vegetables, grains, herbs, and global flavors that are both light and satisfying.
You’ll find everything from energizing smoothies and wellness shots to elegant dinners that feel like a treat without weighing you down. Whether you eat plant-based, gluten-free, or simply want to enjoy clean, flavorful cuisine, the culinary team is experienced in creating meals that meet a wide range of dietary preferences.
The goal is simple: to leave every meal feeling nourished, cared for, and ready to soak in the retreat experience.
