Start the year off right with a focus on clean eating and improving your gut health! Our gut plays a crucial role in our overall health, affecting digestion, immune function, and nutrient absorption. By joining this program, you'll not only learn how certain foods impact YOUR body, but you'll also gain a renewed sense of energy, focus, and motivation to set the tone for the year ahead. Past participants of this group program have reported fantastic results!
3-Week Program: Self paced
For several years, I've offered a group “cleanse,” and this year, I'm giving you two options to hit the RESET BUTTON:
Option 1: Follow a simple meal plan with clean meals and shake packets, making it easy to stay on track for a few weeks.
Option 2: For those who prefer whole foods over shakes and are looking to take it a step further, I’ve created a plan to eat three full meals per day.
Program Details:
Pre-Cleanse (1 week): Begin eliminating inflammatory foods to prepare your body for the full 14-day cleanse.
Cleanse (2 weeks): Follow a 14-day clean-eating program to reset your body, detoxify, and boost your energy. You’ll be supported by a community of participants working toward the same goal.
Complete Guide: All instructions, recipes, and educational handouts are organized in an easy-to-follow, week-by-week format, so you can start with the group OR when it's convenient for you.

How to Sign Up for the Program:
Purchase the Program: This includes all the recipes, instructions, and information handouts. (Cost: $149).
Choose Your Program:
Smoothie Kit Program (available in Paleo or Vegan options)
Whole Food Program (no smoothies, but includes recipes)
Purchase Your Cleanse Kit:
For the Smoothie Kit Program, you'll need the Smoothie Cleanse Kit (which includes shake packets and supplements).
For the Whole Food Program, you'll need to purchase just the supplements.
You will need to create 2 logins: one on my website to access the Program as well as one on Designs for Health site to purchase the supplements or kits.

Most people don’t think about their pelvic floor—until something feels off.
Here’s what you need to know:
It’s part of your core.
The pelvic floor is a group of muscles at the base of your core that supports your bladder, uterus, and bowels.
When it’s working well, you move better, feel stronger, and avoid a whole lot of unnecessary pain.
Symptoms of dysfunction are more common than you think.
We’re talking about:
Peeing when you sneeze or laugh
Back or hip pain
Pelvic pressure or heaviness
Pain during sex
Weak core or poor posture
It’s not just a postpartum issue.
Pelvic floor issues can show up at any stage—especially during perimenopause or postmenopause. Even high-impact sports or long hours sitting can take a toll.
The good news? It’s treatable.
You can strengthen and support your pelvic floor with simple, intentional movement—and you don’t need fancy equipment or an hour a day to do it.
