The Year of
the Feminine
5th Annual Women’s Wellness Retreat
Ciavana, Carefree, AZ
What It Means to Be Feminine—Nutritionally, Sexually & Spiritually
The Experience
Emilee invites you to the serene Civana Wellness Resort for a 4-day immersive retreat designed to nourish your inner world and, in turn, elevate your physical health.
We live in a world that celebrates and rewards masculine traits—drive, productivity, competition, doing. While these qualities have their place, living in constant pursuit and performance can lead to disconnection, depletion, and quiet suffering.
This retreat is an invitation to reconnect with the feminine within—qualities like softness, intuition, receptivity, pleasure, and presence. Through nourishing practices, meaningful conversation, and embodied experiences, you’ll explore what it means to find your balance between the masculine and feminine—physically, sexually, and spiritually.
You’ll leave with tools, insight, and a deeper sense of self—rooted in joy, vitality, and the kind of peace that comes from coming home to who you truly are.
