Peach Tomato Salad with Burrata and Basil

Ingredients
2 Larges Peaches (pitted and sliced)
2 Large T omatoes (sliced, or a combination of
cherry and grape tomatoes sliced in half)
8 ozs Burrata
1/2 cup Fresh Basil And Chopped (divided into whole leaves salad, garnish)
1 1/2 tbsps Olive Oil (approximately)
1 1/2 tsps Balsamic Glaze (approximately)
1 pinch Flaky Salt Or Finishing Salt (less than 1/4 tsp, such as Maldon)
1/8 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
Directions
1. Wash and dry the peaches, tomatoes, and basil.
2. Use a serrated knife to slice the tomatoes into thick pieces. Arrange them in an even layer on a serving platter or in a large, shallow dish.
3. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pit. Quarter or slice, then add to the platter. Add some of the fresh basil leaves amongst the slices.
4. Break the ball of burrata in half and place it in the center of the platter, or if using multiple sachets, place evenly across the platter.
5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then
finish with fresh basil. Serve immediately and enjoy.
