Week Four
Smile and be proud of yourself for finishing the 14 day detoxification cleanse with me. I hope you found it to be a rewarding experience and have learned a bit about yourself, your relationship with food as well as what might work best for you going forward.
I have attached a food reintroduction chart for those of you that are interested in adding back in one food at a time. This is a great way to truly identify any food sensitivities.
I always get a lot of questions as the cleanse comes to a close. People are feeling so good and want to continue the shakes and supplements in some capacity. Please see the additional handout on the ones I recommend most often.
