Welcome to Wise Inner Circle.

A small group experience for women ready to love their bodies, their lives, and feel a deeper sense of purpose.

This program is for women who want to feel calm, strong, and in tune with their bodies, and create the life they desire instead of constantly reacting to it. Women who are ready to let go of the shoulds, have tos, and need tos… and start living from I choose to, I want to, I get to.

The modern woman is holding a lot: family, career, relationships, often caring for both children and aging parents, all while her body is shifting in ways she doesn’t fully understand.

And at the same time, there is so much information coming at you.

What actually matters? Where do I even start?

It’s easy to feel overwhelmed… or to try to do everything, adding more stress and losing the joy you’re actually seeking.

What if it didn’t have to feel that way?

What if caring for yourself became the thing that made everything else feel lighter, clearer, and more aligned?

This is where the Wise Inner Circle begins.

A supportive, intimate space where you are no longer navigating this alone.

Where you learn to understand and trust your body, and care for it in a way that fits your real life.

Where mindset, nervous system, and nutrition are integrated, so change becomes lasting, natural, and aligned.

The Missing Link Most Women Overlook

Food, body image, love, and even money are deeply connected. The beliefs that shape these areas often sit beneath awareness, quietly influencing how you think, feel, and show up.

Many women stay busy with work, family, responsibilities, leaving little space to look inward.

And so, they try to change their bodies through food or exercise… only to feel frustrated and disconnected, despite doing “all the right things.”

Because no one ever taught us what is actually happening inside our bodies.

  • How hormones influence energy, mood, sleep, and metabolism.

  • How nutrition and movement need to shift as we move through different stages of life.

  • How the way we speak to ourselves, see ourselves, and care for ourselves directly impacts our health.

Even something as simple as your perception of aging can influence longevity.

This missing link lies in bringing those pieces together, connecting the internal and the external, so you don’t just get results, you feel at peace in your body and if your life.

Here’s What You’ll Experience

Led by Emilee Wise — nutritionist, coach, and wellness leader for over 20 years.

Emilee has guided hundreds of women through transformative retreats and coaching, helping them cultivate health, clarity, and connection. What makes her work unique is that she practices what she teaches, navigating the same challenges her clients face while prioritizing presence, health, and meaningful relationships. Women often say they feel seen, safe, and fully supported when working with her.

This intimate program is for women ready to stop circling the same patterns and step into clarity, vitality, and self-trust.

Inside the Wise Inner Circle, you’ll receive:

  • Education about the female body and life-stage changes

  • Tools to regulate hormones, energy, mood, and sleep

  • Practices to strengthen presence and nervous system regulation

  • A supportive small group to share, reflect, and grow

  • Guidance to integrate nutrition, movement, and self-care into your real life

  • Optional 1:1 coaching sessions for deeper transformation

Participants leave feeling more grounded, capable, and aligned with the life they truly desire.

Spiritual Lead Bekah Vandenberg

Bekah Vandenberg will also be joining this work, offering insight into the mind and helping participants explore the deeper patterns that shape how we think about and relate to our bodies. Her work helps women release long-held beliefs and reconnect with who they truly are.

Program Details

Dates: (6 months)

Cohort One: May – November, 2026
Cohort Two: September 2026 – March 2027

  • Navigating all the content to learn what “we” need to do

  • Exploring our self talk and how that impacts our physiology

  • Understanding your body through various stages

  • Nutrition to support a changing body

  • Identifying and shifting limiting beliefs that keep us stuck Tapping into our feminine energy as a superpower

  • Tools to cultivate presence and regulate the nervous system

  • Intuitive eating and body trust
