November 5th Call Summary

A soulful, guided exploration to reflect, release, and open — so you arrive at the retreat more attuned to your inner wisdom.

Here is the recording from our call (passcode: $^$I$.3f) if you’d like to listen.
And here is the recording Bekah shared — listen with headphones, sitting upright, and simply enjoy.

As you close out this year, I invite you to reflect on these gentle questions. There are no right or wrong answers — allow what resonates to speak to you and release the rest:

  • What part of me feels complete this year?

  • Where did I force or push in 2025, and where did I flow?

  • What lesson has this year been quietly teaching me?

  • What do I want to bring less of into 2026? What do I want more of?

  • What am I choosing to release by the end of 2025 — a way of being, a behavior, a mindset, or a story?

  • How have I shifted this year, and in what context?

As we mentioned on the call, this isn’t about goals, tasks, or resolutions. It’s about being — how you want to show up, how you want to feel, and the energy you wish to embody.

Remember — you are a frequency, a vibration. We are all connected. The energy you offer has the power to uplift all of humanity. Choose to be the light.

Bekah reminded us that we are always shifting and changing. While I’m still learning and practicing alongside you in the spiritual realm, I deeply believe this in the physical realm too — to treat and speak to our bodies with kindness and acceptance as they shift and change.

Here’s a summary of the beautiful quote Jen shared: I highlighted a few of my favorite words to embrace.

"One of the healthiest things a woman can do for her mental health is to protect her whimsy, not her productivity, not her image, her whimsy. The soft belief that life can still surprise her. The world keeps trying to harden women. Tells them to be realistic, grounded, unbothered. But there's nothing weak about staying enchanted. It takes strength to still believe in good things after you've seen how cruel life can be. Protect your whimsy. Keep the sparkle, the romance, the childlike wonder."
