Coming Home to Yourself

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

You don’t need crystals, incense, or perfect stillness. You just need to show up—with your heart a little open and your curiosity intact.

I didn’t always consider myself “spiritual.” I grew up going to church—Sunday school, confirmation, singing hymns in pews with my friends. But over time, I began to question what it all really meant. I saw contradiction, performance, and a disconnect between words and actions.

What stayed with me was the feeling—those moments of singing, of belonging, of something bigger.

From there, I turned to therapy. Looking inside for the answers. It served me for a while, until it didn’t. I found myself tired of repeating the same old stories. I didn’t want to stay stuck in the past. I wanted to move forward, to take ownership of my story. To be guided by something greater than myself.

Over the past eight years, I’ve worked with energy healers, sat in meditation clinics at Spirit Rock, and took an intensive course in spiritual psychology. Each person, class, and experience was impactful in its own way. But then, I was introduced to Bekah Vandenberg. She helped me take all that knowledge and apply it to my life—and it changed everything. I'm forever grateful.

Spirituality is now a foundational part of my life.

In a world where many are searching for meaning and looking to see good in the world, I wanted to offer this complimentary session—a space to explore spirituality and build a foundation from which we can launch into a variety of life topics moving forward.

We’re excited for what’s ahead and we’re so glad to have you with us on this journey.
