How I Work
And Why It Starts With a Conversation
I got asked today how I work.
The truth is, my way of working is simple: I want you to experience what it feels like to work with me first. That way, we can both feel into whether it's the right fit.
Every client relationship begins with a discovery call.
It's time to slow down, talk openly and freely, and create space for whatever is present. There is no agenda and no desired outcome beyond serving and supporting you in the moment. From there, we decide together whether the experience is worth repeating.
As a nutritionist, my work is rooted in a solid nutritional foundation, paired with mindset and behavior shifts because that's what creates lasting, sustainable change. Until we have a real conversation, many clients don't fully realize how deeply their habits are connected to how they feel each day. Food is complicated, and it rarely exists apart from stress, emotions, body image, limiting beliefs, and relationships.
The food we eat affects our physiology. The thoughts, emotions, and energy we carry affect our psychology. If you want health and longevity, you need both.
The people I work with want to feel more joy, calm, and consistency. They want to genuinely enjoy the life they've worked so hard to create. Some are also in a season of transition, trying to understand what comes next.
So how do I work?
I partner with clients to create the nutrition, mindset, and behaviors that support the lifestyle and health they desire.
If your kids have gone off to college and you're not sure what's next, if they're back in school after a busy summer and you're ready to focus on yourself, if you are coming to the end of a demanding career, or if you simply know it's time to release some of the stories you've been carrying, reach out to schedule a discovery call.
