Redefining Endurance for the Female Athlete
Comox Valley, Vancouver Island, British Columbia April 6–11, 2027 | Women's Only | All-Inclusive
Last year, Jen Segger and I hosted the first REbuild Retreat together and it turned out to be one of my favorite weeks of the year.
The idea was simple: give participants a taste of Vancouver Island at its best. Running and hiking trails for most of the day, while learning about gear, training, nutrition, pelvic floor, and connection to self, all the things that come up when you put a group of women on trails together, doing something they love.
We are back for 2027. And we have a few spots left.
Train. Adapt. Evolve. REdefine.
Set on the breathtaking coastline of Vancouver Island, The REbuild Retreat invites women to reconnect with their endurance potential while embracing the unique physical and hormonal shifts of midlife.
This immersive, all-inclusive experience is designed to help you train smarter, recover deeply, and evolve with strength and confidence, both mentally and physically. Through movement, education, and connection, you'll learn to thrive as the athlete you are today.
Jen lives in the mecca of outdoor recreation, and she can't wait to share her backyard with you. You'll feel like a true local as you take on the daily trails and routes, collecting valuable pre-season time on your legs and expanding your training knowledge along the way.
Who This Is For
This retreat was built for women who love being out there.
Maybe you've been running trails for years and want to go deeper, to understand your body through midlife, and how training fits into a life instead of taking it over. Maybe you're a hiker or fast trekker who's been eyeing trail running and wondering if you could. Maybe you're newer to endurance entirely and want a real foundation: how to train, how to fuel, how to handle yourself confidently in wild places. Or maybe you've done the races, chased the PRs, and you're ready to stop hopping from event to event and build something sustainable instead.
All of those women belong here.
What we work on is the whole picture. Endurance isn't built on one thing. It's a wheel: training, fueling, recovery, hormones, nervous system, sleep, strength, and the mental work that holds it together. We'll spend the week on trails with that frame, learning how the spokes fit together and how to keep the whole thing rolling without overwhelm, stress, or restriction.
You'll leave with a stronger body, a fuller understanding of how yours works, and a plan for making this a lifestyle, not a loop.
A Smaller, More Intimate Retreat
This one is intentionally small (11 spots only) - designed to be personal, all-inclusive, and curated.
We'll be on the trails each day, with learning and connection woven through. You'll gain real, usable knowledge about the outdoors, training, gear, and how to handle yourself confidently in wild places with Jen. And we'll go inward together on nutrition, on understanding our bodies through every hormonal shift, and on connecting to yourself with me.
Exact itinerary and content details will be shared as participants are confirmed. Be prepared for a full schedule of training, learning, and connecting.
