I’m Ready to Share My Voice

In January 2026, I attended a business mastermind retreat.

Yes… I truly practice what I preach.

I deeply believe in putting myself in the room with like-minded women because there is something powerful that happens when women gather with intention. We inspire one another, reflect each other’s growth, and expand what feels possible.

If you know me personally, you know I’m comfortable speaking in front of people. I love teaching on topics I’m passionate about, creating content for retreats, and guiding women through their health and life journeys.

But social media content, podcasts, and live videos have never really been “my thing.”

Not because I’m afraid.

But because I’ve never wanted to add more noise to an already noisy world.

As a highly sensitive person, I’ve always been deeply aware of how overwhelming the constant stream of information can feel. Creating more of that never felt aligned.

Until now.

Being at this mastermind made something very clear to me:

My voice is still needed.

I’ve been in the wellness world for nearly three decades. I’ve seen the trends come and go. I’ve watched clients try every new promise, every new protocol, every new shortcut.

And what continues to move me most is not being the smartest voice or the loudest voice.

It’s being the most effective.

What I see right now is a sea of information—nutrition in one silo, mindset in another, hormones somewhere else, spirituality somewhere else.

But if I’ve learned anything over the years, it’s this:

Nothing changes in a silo.

Not in the body. Not in our relationships. Not in our work. Not in our lives.

The deepest transformation happens at the intersection of science and soul… physiology and human behavior… knowledge and consciousness.

That dance is where lasting change lives.

At the mastermind, we were asked to write one sentence on a card about what we were carrying forward.

Mine said simply:

Share your voice.

So I’m doing exactly that.

One of the greatest gifts in my work has been collaborating with Bekah. The conversations we have, the retreats we lead, and the programs we create together continue to change lives in such meaningful ways.

It feels important to begin sharing some of those conversations with all of you.

🎙 First Conversation: Where Mindset Meets Metabolism

For now, I’d love for you to listen to Bekah and my first conversation: Mindset Meets Metabolism.

This conversation explores the powerful intersection between your thoughts, nervous system, hormones, and metabolic health.

Please give it a listen, share it with a friend, and let me know what you think.

Did it resonate? Would you like more conversations like this? Are there topics you’d love us to explore?

Your feedback means so much as we begin sharing more.

Warmly, Emilee
