Emilee Wise, a leader in the wellness industry for over 20 years, is a certified Nutritionist and Life Coach known for her holistic approach to health. Integrating internal work (beliefs, thoughts, feelings) with external practices (nutrition, sleep, exercise), Emilee creates retreats to connect with clients and welcome new participants into a supportive community. Her retreats focus on practical skills for daily life and provide a safe space for deeper conversations. With additional training in functional medicine, women’s health, and spiritual psychology, plus personal experience as an avid ultra runner and cyclist, Emilee brings a wealth of knowledge and personal insight to her work.

Shawn Brokemond, a dedicated educator for 25 years, is now a certified personal trainer specializing in adventure-based fitness. With a lifelong passion for sports—from college crew to mountain biking and triathlons—Shawn understands the power of movement in building confidence and resilience. Making a mid-life career shift herself, she believes it’s never too late to pursue new dreams. Combining her background in early childhood education with an ACE certification, Shawn helps clients find balance in health, family, and recreation, encouraging them to embrace an active, fulfilling lifestyle.

Bekah Vandenberg is a holistic teacher, master of the breath and unconventional practitioner. She is part shaman, part guide, part movement aficionado, part linguist, part Jungian therapist, all Australian attitude and with earthy humor. Bekah works with people from many diverse cultures and backgrounds and yet they share one thing in common: an intrinsic desire to be the best version of themselves. She has been working one on one with people all over the world for 30 years.
